• Final Sale on Perfume Atomizers: We believe in providing high-quality decants, and due to the nature of our perfume atomizers (2ml, 5ml, and 10ml), all decants and samples from brands (carded or box samples from the original manufacturer) are final sale. This will be clearly stated on all product pages for atomizers.
• Clear Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, all products must be in their original packaging and original cellophane wrap. This policy is in place to maintain the quality of our products. Full details on return eligibility are provided before checkout.
• Return Shipping Costs: We strive to keep our process transparent and simple. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and this will be highlighted during checkout for complete transparency.
• Product Exclusions: Certain items such as testers, open-box products, and specific Fragrance Du Bois perfumes are not eligible for return. We ensure this is clearly communicated on the respective product pages.
