All Fragrance Du Bois items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, with the exception of Lovers, Tropiques, and Sirene. These three items may be returned if they remain in their original, unopened, and cellophane-wrapped condition.
Final Sale on Perfume Atomizers: Due to the nature of our decants (2ml, 5ml, and 10ml), all atomizers, as well as carded or box samples from the original manufacturer, are final sale. This is clearly stated on all relevant product pages. Excluded Products: Certain items such as testers, open-box products, and some Fragrance Du Bois perfumes are not eligible for return. - Clear Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, all products must be in their original packaging and original cellophane wrap. This policy is in place to maintain the quality of our products. Full details on return eligibility are provided before checkout.
- Return Shipping Costs: We strive to keep our process transparent and simple. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and this will be highlighted during checkout for complete transparency.
